If the lawn is over 6" tall we may charge a Long Grass Fee of up to 100% of the "Normal" mow price. If over 12" the crew will submit a quote in addition to the regular lawn mowing price. The quote must be approved before the lawn can be mowed. (50% for 6 inches, 100% for areas up to 12".) 

The same rules apply if your grass grows taller than 6 inches because:

•You choose to skip a mow

•Wait too long to reactivate paused or canceled service

•Reduce the frequency of your mows

We will not waive a long grass fee if the provider skipped due to weather. It is neither Mokutz nor the crew's fault it rained.
